AiSCENT Privacy Policy
About this policy
AiSCENT is a tech-enabled customer intelligence consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit aiscent.io, contact us, request The Ascent eBook, or participate in the AiSCENT Diagnostic at diagnostic.aiscent.io.
Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. Organizational information may also be personal information if it identifies or relates to an individual.
This policy addresses our public websites and related communications. Information handled on behalf of consulting clients may be subject to separate agreements and privacy notices.
Information you provide
Contact inquiries
Our contact form asks for your full name, organization, email address, reason for contacting us, and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about the subject of your request.
eBook requests
When you request The Ascent, we ask for your full name, organization, and work email address. We use this information to send you an email containing the download link.
As explained on the request form, your information may also be used to send relevant information about AiSCENT, subject to applicable consent requirements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Voice diagnostic
The AiSCENT Diagnostic is a voice-only interview lasting approximately 12–15 minutes. It uses your microphone to collect spoken responses about your organization’s leadership, operations, signals, customer health, experience management, and navigation capabilities.
Your responses are used to generate an on-screen AiSCENT Position, a snapshot of your organization’s customer intelligence maturity.
Please avoid including customer names, employee details, sensitive personal information, or confidential information unnecessary for the assessment. Provide information about other people only when you are authorized to do so.
